At DeepGandha, every candle is thoughtfully hand-poured and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Whether you’re shopping for home décor, gifting, or a festive celebration, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• As our candles are handmade in small batches, processing times may be slightly extended during festive seasons, sales, or special launches.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We take special care in packaging to protect our handcrafted products during transit.

Delivery Timeline (Across India)

• After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
• Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner.
• Remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional transit time.

Please note that during peak periods such as Diwali, wedding season, or promotional campaigns, delivery timelines may be extended. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
• All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
• From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping, which will be announced on our website.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing tracking details.
• Tracking information is generally activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
• You may track your shipment directly via the courier partner’s tracking link.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Although we ensure secure packaging, if your order arrives damaged:

1. Do not discard the outer packaging.
2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or other appropriate support.

Weather Advisory

Our candles are made using premium soy wax, which may soften during transit in extremely high temperatures. This does not impact the fragrance or overall performance. If softening occurs, simply allow the candle to return to room temperature before use.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. DeepGandha is not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
