At DeepGandha, each candle is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our small business.
Return Window
We offer a 10-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we will be unable to process a return or refund request.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unburned
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Valid proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) must be provided
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, defects, or missing items
Please note: Claims made without a proper unboxing video will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please email us at:
Kindly include:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- The required unboxing video (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share:
- The return shipping address
- Instructions for securely packing and dispatching the product
Please do not send any product back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We request that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect order
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photographs
- A full unboxing video
After verification:
- If specific items are damaged, only those items will be replaced
- Refunds are not issued for partial damage — replacement will be provided instead
- In cases of severe transit damage, a refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene, customization, and product safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized candles
- Bulk or wholesale orders (once produced or dispatched)
- Limited edition or festive collections
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Used or burned candles
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
As our soy wax candles are handmade, slight variations in texture, color, fragrance intensity, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different product:
- Submit a return request (if eligible).
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval status
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days
- Banks or payment gateways may require additional processing time
